Abstract

Spirituality is one of the lost human beings of today. A man who sweated in a period of material life and trying to achieve more possibilities and realized very late that besides comfort, he also needed peace, but this peace is not provided in the mechanical and industrial life of this era. Therefore, he is looking for a source of tranquility that will provide his needed calm, but in the path of this resource, there are many obstacles that make it difficult to reach. The basis of tranquility is spirituality, which makes spiritual life, and the purpose of this paper, which has been developed by a descriptive analytical method, is to identify and analyze barriers to reaching this source. In this research, using verses and narrations, the obstacles of spiritual life have been investigated and a solution has been proposed for removing each obstacle so that the audience can find the path of their spiritual life if they face any of these obstacles in their lives. The findings of the research show that the soul and the devil are the most important obstacles in life that create other obstacles, but the role of media and cyberspace cannot be forgotten that it has its own special effect in creating obstacles in the path of spiritual life.
