The emergence of virtual space in today's era, despite having positive aspects, can cause many social and psychological harms. One of the harms of the virtual space is the emergence of immorality, which causes people to suffer from a personality disorder and allow themselves or their families to display obscene images and contents of themselves or those around them, or to watch immoral scenes on social networks. . Since the individual, family and society suffer serious damage from this unethical phenomenon, it is very important to identify its causes, effects and treatment. Therefore, this article, relying on verses and narrations and some psychological evidence, with the aim of identifying and expressing the causes of dishonesty in the virtual space and the moral and legal effects resulting from it, deals with creating a plan for the prevention and treatment of this harm in the shadow of the law and jurisprudence of Ahl al-Bayt and Quran, by creating mental security in the family and society, reduce the incidence of dishonesty and delinquency in cyber space. The data of this article has been prepared in the form of a library of library documents and study in the virtual space and compiled in an analytical and descriptive way.
